Free for the cost of title/transfer . . . our Wyndham Williamsburg (VA) Kingsgate 3BR lock-off unit. This is an annual fixed week #18 (typically the first week of May).
The fees this year (2011) have been paid and were $764. Again this is a three bedroom unit that can be used or deposited as two separate units as a 1BR and a 2BR. Depositing as a 3BR unit has little to no merit as the RCI TP does not reflect the "value" of depositing separately.
It is also possible to stay in one side of the LO and deposit the other. We have done that several times, staying in the 1BR and depositing the 2BR . . . or vice versa. This makes it very flexible in that you get to stay a week and trade a week . . . all for one MF.
There was a special assessment (SA) for three years that was completed in 2008. With that influx of money, the POA did a nice job of a complete overhaul inside all of the units.
Anyone who has the opportunity to own and vacation here will enjoy beautiful spring weather.
This TS is available for transfer of ownership effective with use year 2012.
The reason we're selling this is simply because we are vacationing more and more to places w/o timeshare resorts including places like Alaska. Hopefully someone will find this an attractive ownership, recognizing the limitation that it has not been converted to Wyndham points. (To that subject, it would be worth 203k points in Wyndham's system if someone is looking for a low cost week to add to an existing points portfolio.)
