We have owned this unit for years. It is both RCI and II affiliated. Many of the independent exchange companies will gladly take it.
Fees are $500 per year includes all and are due January 31. First use would be October 12, 2012, but could be deposited in either RCI or II as soon as the deeed transfer is recorded.
Fees are stable and resort management staff has been in places for nearly 2 decades. There are no special assessments on the horizion and the resort is in stable financial condition. This is a very small timeshare, consisting of only 19 - 2 and 3 bedroom units across the street from the beach at Gulf Shores.
The 2011 week has been used and the 2011 fees paid. There is nothing outstanding on the ownership.
I will even pay for deed and transfer fees. Our life has changed drastically and we no longer need this ownership.
