What is the Maint. Fee and when is it due? (Is it the $545 u listed and is it due every year on 4/1)
Or is the 2011 fee already past due?

Thank You for the welcome.The unit is a 2 bedroom sleeps 8. I purchased in 05 pre-construction and have never stayed in it.
The $545 is due 4/1/11 so all is current.
