I'd like to give away my timeshare. Everything is paid for. $47 monthly maintenance fees. To be used right away. Seller pays for transfer and closing (timetraveltraders).

Where is the home resort? Converted fixed week or UDI points? Annual? When is the use year? Is this deeded or lease/RTU w/expiration?

Hi Lisa,

home resort is Durango, CO. Annual use of 105k points (can be used in all Wyndham resorts). Use year ends Sep. 30th. Haven't used it this period. It's deeded.
