Free Bluegreen Ownership - 8000 Annual Points

Hi,
I am new to the forum, but have been reading lots of articles on here. I bought my Bluegreen timeshare a few years ago. There are 8,000 points annually and it is paid off. The maintenance fees are $685/yr. If anyone is interested, please get in touch with me. I am willing to give this away since I know it is not worth anything. I would rather give it away than pay to liquidate it. If anyone needs any more clarification, please let me know.

It is deeded at Harbour Lights. MF are $685/yr and Club dues are $129/yr.

The base fee is $320 + 0.045 x 8,000 = $680.
This would put it in Trust Fund E - so if someone were to take this over and add it to there already existing Trust Fund E ownership, it would 'only' cost an additional $360 per year for these 8,000 points.
You do not pay the base fee on each contract.

You would also get bonus time at this resort as a resale owner.
