We have a 2 bedroom unit that has use August 5th this year, We will pay the transfer and include this years use.
This resort trades with II, code SIO or one of the independent trade companies.
The resort had a special assessment. I have paid the first 2 years of $465.27and there are 3 years upcoming in 2012,2013. and 2014.
The resort is closing for a major refurbishment in September of this year for 11 months.
Any weeks that occur while the resort is closed will be internally banked and usable for up to 5 additional years.
