Float - May/June, Sept/Oct.
Located on Smugglers Beach on the Atlantic Ocean and the Bass River it is in the heart of Cape Code near golf, shopping, dining.
- Uses RCI and others, but we do not cuurently subscribe to the service.
- A small kitchenette and a gas fireplace.
- Enclosed pool and deck right on the water.
To be completely refurbished and reopening Late May 2011!!!!
2011 MF of ($600) has been paid!! no weeks have been reserved as yet for coming year.
Seller to Pay first year ($733) of three year assessment AND will pay closing costs
