Free Wyndham Timeshare - 126,000 points every other year!

Hello and thanks for checking out this post!

I am looking to give away our Wyndham (previously Fairfield) Timeshare points for free. Closing costs or any costs associated with deeding the property in a new owner's name must be paid by the new owner. Otherwise here are the details:

Property Deeded: Wyndham Ocean Walk (Daytona Beach, FL)
Points Available: 126,000 every other year
Housekeeping Credits: 126
Monthly Maintenance Fees: $36.85
Annual Taxes: $30

This property and these points are fully compatible with RCI Weeks Exchanges as well, and the deed is in hand and the property has been paid in full for the last 4 years or so. All maintenance fees and taxes are current up to this month as well, so it's all ready to go! With two little ones, we simply do not use this enough to warrant the ongoing maintenance fees and would love for someone else to get some usage from it if this would suit them better. I would be interested in this...How far from the beach? Or is it on the Beach? Any pictures of it?

What would it cost for me to transfer this over? Any Ideas?

I suggest you contact Lazarus directly using the email he/she provided. Wyndham does charge a transfer fee plus closing costs - expect the cost to be between $200-400.
