Hello,

I have a timeshare with Diamond Resorts International that I would like to give away to someone willing to pay for the transfer costs/fees.

It has an annual point allotment of 4,000 and I banked 2010's points so 2011 has 8,000 points available.

The yearly maintenance fees are $950-$1,000 I believe but I can find out the exact amount.

I wanted to add that this is not for ane scpecific week. It is points that can be used all year long.

4000 points will most likely not cover a full week, unless you are willing to go somewhere in the off-season, stay in a studio and/or book at the last minute (when there may not be any availability). I have a friend who has 4000 points. We had to get really creative for him to learn how to use them to stretch them out for a whole week.
