You pay all closing and transfer costs and it is yours. Ready Legal say the deed and recording should run $161 and Bluegreen says the transfer fee is $100, so for $261 you will own a floating 2 bedroom 2 bath.
We just have too many weeks to use so a few of them need to find new homes.
The fees for 2011 were $886.23 tax included and are paid

Just to clear up any confusion, we are giving away the ownership of this timeshare, it doesn't include any prepaid use, we aren't renting it or giving away the use year.

Oh man this is tempting. Close enough to walk to what you need, steps from the beach, one of the few places that actually has a/c in case you need it, Ocean Front, 2 bdr, wow. Unfortunately divorce lawyers cost more than $261. If someone takes my RCI points off my hands, I'll get back to you!

I hope it can work for u. I know u love Oceanfront and I have read that these are very nice units with a GREAT view!
