We have a 2 BR unit at the Suites at Fall Creek, Branson, Mo. It is a deeded week (26) Platinum. We are looking to give it away and we will pay $500 towards the closing costs and transfer fees. Nice offer.

Peak summer, 4th of July sometimes.

Fee's a little high.

Area is overbuilt, with low RCI TPUs. Probably 18, like our 2 BR GC Week 28.

Tough rental market for owners.

It is not a lock off unit per our deed just a two bedroom.

It gets 22 TPU's with RCI.
Would be more if it was a lock off but still not too bad for Branson.

It doesn't participate in RCI points which is also a plus because you could do a points for deposit with this unit and get at least 34K RCI points.

Also trades in Interval.
Nice to have the dual affiliation and is probably why it only gets 22 TPU's.

Looks like a nice place but then again all the resorts in Branson look like nice places.

Keep in mind that The Suite's at Fall Creek is dual affiliated and also exchanges through I.I.

Why don't you just contact the loss mitigation department with DRI? They have been reported to take back weeks if MF's are up to date, the timeshare doesn't have a lean against it and you pay the transfer fee's.
