I am doing some realigning of our timeshares and am offering a 2BR odd year usage for free!
I have used this unit exclusively for trading in II to trade for Westin Kaanapali 2BRs and the Harborside at Atlantis. I have always had success with it. With II, if you want a 2BR unit and don't want to always be looking at the "sightings", you can set up an ongoing search. Because this is a 2BR unit, you can search for a 2BR.
Maintenance fees are paid every year at approximately half the annual maintenance fee. 2011 maintenance fees were $480. Buyer would be responsible for maintenance fees starting in 2012 and first year of usage would be 2013.
Buyer would be responsible for transfer costs, which could be ~$100 using Ready Legal.
