I am offering my Week 27, 2BR, Unit V-4, South Shore Lake Resort (week of or after July 4th).

First use will be 2012. Trades in both RCI (about 18 points) and II. Been a good trader in II. MF are currently $435 a year.

New owner to pay any deed, recording and transfer fees.

I'm reorganizing my TS portfolio and have reluctantly decided to move this TS.

That is a very reasonable MF for a 2 BR unit.
