Banked DAE week good through September 2012

I have a banked week with DAE that I cannot use. It is a one bedroom from Village Holiday Club in Crete. This is a gold crown resort. If anyone can use it please let me know. I hate to see it go to waste. I just have too many bankings and not enough time!

Joy, I think that's the date by which you have to confirm your exchange, not the date by which you have to travel. So you should have another year in which to find something you like, whose travel dates could be a year or 2 after Sept 2012. At least that's how DAE worked back when I banked a week with them.

Yes, that is correct, but I have way more things banked than I can use. Since my son has had his work hours reduced I have paid his maintenance fees (to help keep his credit unblemished) and I have those to use too.

Right now I have this week, about 8 in Platinum, 4 interal bankings with Westgate and 110 TPU, plus my RCI points. ...there's just no way I can use everything! And I am exchanged out through June 2013.....

Just hoping someone can use this.

Hi Joy, I can use it please as just booked an exchange with them and need to prepay a 2012 wk for the confirmation. Do they let you transfer a banked wk into someone else's account or do you need to book something from your account?

Right now only the Courtyard in Hyannis is available for check in Sept 24. It is a studio for 4.

Sydney's account is AU, mine is US, so the week cannot be transferred. DAE placed the unit she wants on hold and transferred that resort to the US inventory and I will confirm for her.

I am thrilled this is being used. I have more than I can even think about using right now and to see it go to a good home is heart warming!

Glad it worked out for both, mine was a general question, while I understand there are UK, USA and OZ flavours of DAE I suppose I was really asking, can a week be transferred between US based accounts.

Yes, if she were Us as I am , then it could be transferred. I do not know the cost, but when I speak to a representative I will ask and post the reply.

Joy, where do you live on the Cape? we have not ventured too far yet due to traffic of Labor Day weekend, but plan to go to the National Seashore tomorrow, but rain is predicted net two days.

I live in Bourne, not far from the Bourne Bridge. Yes, traffic has been insane this weekend; there was none last weekend due to the storm.
