Maintenance fees are due every third year. As of 2009, the maintenance fees were $535.00. First usage begins in 2012. Buyer will be responsible for the 2012 maintenance fees, closing and transfer fees. The resort charges $100 to transfer. If you know someone who can do the transfer or can do it yourself, I'm game. I just need to get rid of it...
