I have one week (37) TS at Orange Lake Resorts in Kissimmee, Florida, right next to Disney World. It is a two bedroom villa (Mstrbdrm - king size bed, 2nd bdrm - two queen size beds), a sleeper sofa in living room, two full bathrooms, washer / dryer, dishwasher, completely furnished except for food. I have owned it for 10 years and my family and I have been using our TS over the years but do not have a need for it anymore. We have really enjoyed our times there and have witnessed Orange Lake grow over the years and it is still growing. It was great for our family. There is a great 18 whole golf course, pools and the "lazy river", club house, fitness rooms with cardio and free weights, and much more. Not to mention all of the attractions around Orange Lake! My TS is paid for in full and the annual maintenance fees are approximately $780. We used to belong to RCI but we are no longer affiliated. If you are interested or know someone who is, please PM me.
