GOLD 2BR LOCK-OFF Unit EVEN Year Usage at Sheraton Broadway Plantation

For Sale is a GOLD season 2 bedroom 2 bath Lock-off unit for use every EVEN year, floating weeks 1, 7-8, 44-46, 48, 51-52. I know this timeshare has some value because I was able to easily book a 1 week reservation for the smaller 1 bedroom part of the lockoff in July 2010 and rent it for $700 through Vacation Timeshare Rentals free listing website, the resort didn't charge any extra for booking a week out of gold season either! I received many emails about the rental back then and my guess is would early next year as well.

The total maintenance fees for 2012 are $700. Sheraton Broadway Plantation Myrtle Beach, SC timeshares exchange with both Interval and RCI. Deeded as Week 52 Unit 022120. Mortgage is paid in full, I bought this off of Ebay about 4 years ago. Resort Closings handled the closing process.

I still have this timeshare for sale, I just booked the 2 bedroom lockoff for a week stay from May 25th-June 1st 2012 which is Memorial Day weekend. I will also post this as a rental on this site and other sites as well. Of course I prefer to just sell the unit in conjunction with the rental.
