Due to a change in health I am no longer employed and with my reduced income I need to cut back on spending.

Avalon Resort
Deerfield Beach, Florida
Deeded week 44 1st floor unit.
1 BR, 1 BA, w/pullout sofa.
Sleeps 4
Full kitchen, onsite laundry, gas grills, wireless internet, cable HDTV, etc.

Very nice smaller resort. 1 block to beautiful Deerfield Beach, heated pool, putting green for you golfers. Free use of bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, etc.

Annual maintenance and taxes: $504.26
Good exchange w/RCI.

Pay this year's fees and closing costs and it's yours.

I'm a friend of Big Frank and I'd appreciate any advice on turning this over. I'm not trying to make a profit, just pass along a nice place.

It's right on A1A as shown in the picture below. Avalon is in the red box.

From my understanding this is a veery nice beachfront resort and should get you a nice TPU. It is Still available.

Avalon has had many recent updates. New carpets, HDTVs, mattresses, awnings, tiles around the pool and more. The manager, Barbara, said the place had some poor reviews in the past so they took actions to make corrections.

I had hoped to move to the Deerfield Beach area and then rent out the unit. That way I'd be able to park there anytime I wanted to go to the beach and also be able to lay around the pool.

We've been using it to extend our summer. It's the 1st week of November so it's cold here in New England, but still in the 80's and 90's in southern Florida.
