Maintenance Fees are 525; paid 2012 already.
This unit trades with II or RCI.
I have used RCI with this one in past.
I have this timeshare and one in vegas; recently bought a camper. I have found that we travel alot but not enough to use everything. I have found that my weeks are piling up on me and never use them. I have deed in hand. Am willing to give away - not sure what the transfer fees are, but will be able to find out if interested. I live in TN but have never actually used this timeshare as I have always exchanged it with RCI. I do live within 40 minutes of resort though, and as a owner, I am told I can use all facilities (pool, etc.), never did though. I have never actually been to see this resort since I live so close. Not interested since I live near these attractions. This was just bought to use for exchanging. Have owned since 2006.
Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Smoky Mountains, Very nice area, especially during the labor day week portion - lots of shows, etc.
Interested party will just have to cover closing and transfer fees; if really interested, let me know and we can discuss further. Since I still owe on the camper and ts in vegas; i figure this one would be the one to get rid of since nothing is owed on it. unless you want a Vegas TS or camper - We can talk about that too - but they are not free
