We have a timeshare in Lake Harmony, that is paid off and we just never use it so we want to see if anyone at all is interested in taking ownership. It's a 1BR, Green week, Even year. Has an indoor water park, movie theater, bowling alley, arcade, etc and within 30 minutes of Mt Airy Casino. We are not for any money for it, we will pay the transfer fee, you pay the maintenance fee to the resort. Message me if you want more details or have an interest. Split Rock Resort & Golf Course

I still have this! Would love to get a transfer going before we have a new baby and money gets even tighter. The maintenance fees are paid up, this is completely paid off, this will just cost us the price of the transfer fee and notary to switch over!
