Hello,

I have a TS I purchased and own (deed) from Pigeon Forge TN. It is every odd year. This is not a week Block off type. Can you can use anywhere in the US and has options for RCI.

You should post what type of unit you own and what week you own. Also post what your Maintenance fees are.

I have a time share in Fairfield Smoky mountains, Governor's Crossing that is every odd year at 63000 X2 for 126,000 points accumulated. I own the property and have the deed. The maintenance fee is $30.00 per month.

Fairfield Resorts Timeshare

Hello,

I have a time share in Fairfield Smoky mountains that is every other year at 63000 X2 for 126,000 points accumulated. I own the property and have the deed. This is not a location only time share. You can use this anywhere Fairfield resorts, INC has property. I also have use of RCI for swaps.
