Wyndham Bali Hai, Kauai Hawaii - 2 bedroom, every odd year

2011 Maintenance fees were $964. Floating red week. RCI weeks, no points, bought before Wyndham bought Pahio.
Deeded week, mortgage paid in full. Next week available is 2013.

We want to get out of our Hawaii timeshare since we have 3 kids and won't be going to Hawaii any tme soon. I'd like to get a resort in SC instead.

I checked with the resort, and there is a $299 transfer fee, and a small fee for the quit claim deed for the sate of Hawaii.

Just so you know your post went into a mod que because you are a new member and it was your first post. It is a new software system upgrade so we did not see a mod que like we used to see. This maybe an issue we need to try to get like we used to have

Now I can't either! I edited my original post to include some new information, but now it is gone. Here is what i said:

I have 3 kids and live in SC, so would like to sell this one and buy one closer to home.

You should see it now, We used to have sort of a stop light type of Mod que, When it was lite we knew it needed to be moderated but not now it is not seen untill you see the post. We are working on it but if you get to 30 possts you no longer will have to worry about it
