Free to anyone who wants it. My son has 3 timeshares near Orlando. Two are at Westgate Town Center (a 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom unit) and the other is Mystic Dunes (3 bedroom). All are fully paid off, but since he now lives in Florida he no longer uses them. They are fixed October weeks during the Food and Wine Festival and Mickey's Very Unscarey Halloween Party. He will even pay for the deed and recording, but if there is a transfer fee that will be the responsibility of the new owner. Use of Westgate will be this year with payment of the maintenance fees; Mystic Dunes will be 2012 as the first use. All units trade through Interval International.

I'm 99% certain Wastegate enacted a transfer fee just after we unloaded ours, after their attempt to collect a commission as owners exit failed.
Be careful . . . I googled it and got a malware site.Last edited by JLB; 07-30-2012, 12:31 PM.RCI Member Since 24-Aug-1989/150-plus Exchanges***THE TIMESHARE GRIM REAPER~~~Exchanging/Searching/SW Florida/MO/AR/IA/Consumer Advocacy/Estate Planning/Sports/Boating/Fishing/Golf/Lake-living/Retirement****Sometimes ya just gotta be a dick

Mystic Dunes was about $1050 for 2012, Westgate 4 bedroom was about $1200 and the 2 bedroom about $860, this included property taxes.
