I have a very dear 79 year old friend who just lost his wife to cancer 2 months ago who wants
to get rid of his 2 timeshares. He owns week 12 at Links Golf and Racquet Club and and week 45 at Windy Shores II,
both in North Myrtle Beach. I know the Links week trades ok in II as I own a week at Links and have exchanged into several
top tier resorts in including Marriott at Shadow Ridge in Palm Springs and several exchanges into Royal Haciendas in
Playa del Camen, Mexico. 2013 week goes with payment of 2013 maint. fees. If interested or need more info, email me at
