Unbelievable. I had just registered for the free book when I posted this! The offer is supposed to be good for several months or until the books run out! They must have had only a couple of books.

I didn't see that it wasn't available for California, but California sure was not on the drop down menu of states. So ... I chose CO, and I hope the zip code will get it here to California. We'll see ...

Actually, in the terms and conditions it states valid in US, except for California.
