Frank, have you ever tried dried powered milk in your coffee? It would be healthier, and probably even cheaper if you buy it in bulk. Also when you run out of milk at your house you can whip up milk in a flash and use it for baking, casseroles etc. The powdered stuff that's lowfat actually tastes good, and most supermarkets have store brands.
Just trying to keep you healthy, Frank!

Well honestly, I have tried the powered flavor ones and I do like those. But I take my coffee Black no sugar. My wife uses this hazelnut low sugar one like it's water.
BTW you can add the hazelnut to your hot chocolate or cappuccino for a nice taste.

That's is all we use. It lightens your coffee without making it cold, and it is low calorie. I never use sugar, so I never use the flavored sweetners. I buy store brand packets. One packet fits into a clear sugar dispenser that you can buy in any store. Like the ones you see on the table in like a diner type restaurant. It is so convienent, and I then pack a few packets to take on vacation with me.
If we are traveling I'll bring a can or 2 of condensened milk <that has a bit too much sugar for my taste though> until we can get to a store for half & half.
I will try the powdered dried milk in the future. Lighter to pack and better for me! Thanks for the hint Carol!
We will also bring Parmalat boxed milk in our luggage if we know we are getting in late for cereal in the AM.
