I know the title says Ladies only but I was going to order these for my wife. Size 6 is the largest which I think might be for a little kid or teenager. Am I wrong with the size.

Yes, you're wrong with the size. Size 6 is about a women's medium. Size 5 would be small and size 7 large.

I don't think that they are for kids. I think those are the only sizes that they are offering, for whatever reason. Perhaps, larger sizes are gone.

Underwear is half the wearing size. So a 6 would be a 12, 5 would be a 10 etc.

Has anyone else noticed how women's clothing sizes have changed? I'm now wearing a size SMALLER than I did 30 years ago. I wish I could say that I'm really a size smaller! They are definitely making clothes bigger than they used to. Do they think they are fooling us into thinking that middle aged people are smaller than we were at 20? Underwear is about the only piece of clothing that still seem to be sized the same.

That's about right. I have a couple of new pair of Hanes 'Perfect Panty.' The sizing on the back reads.....

4/5 Small, Hip 34 - 37, Pant size 0 - 8

6/7 Medium, Hip 38 - 41, Pant size 8 - 14

8/9 Large, Hip 42 - 45, Pant Size 14 - 18

Great I am back into a size 10 which I have not been able to wear since the early 80s and you are saying I'm still a 12? Gee Thanks.

I do tend to agree with you that the cut on certain brands is larger though. Now if they would stop the lo-rise look I'd be happy.

It worked for me with Firefox just now. I had to turn off the pop-up blocker. Sizes are now limited to 4 and 5!
