Yes- time share includes AC. I am in process of the transfer this week.

I am not sure of how the exchange process works with Parkway Intlernational. I am selling for my father in law.

I contacted him last week about this timeshare. He is transferring it over to my co-worker. She is still walking around on cloud 9! This is will be her first experience with timesharing. So I'm sure she'll eventually be on these boards with all her newbie questions. She has spoken with Snowman several times and said what a nice, nice man he is
