Thanks! I love granola bars, I bring them to work all the time as a snack. Not sure how healthy they are, but they've got to be healthier than hitting the vending machine.

You know which ones are really good? The Nature Valley Roasted Nut Crunch bars. They come in peanut and almond, and they're all nuts with sunflower seeds and a little sweet stuff to hold it together. They're like really good peanut brittle, without so much brittle, and they have something like 7g of protein. Not the Sweet and Salty Bars--they're much easier to find, for some reason. They're okay, but the Roasted Nut Crunch bars are REALLY good.

I'm sure one of the carb hounds that live here will love it though!

Sometimes I get samples of foods I know my family won't eat, and then I put the samples in the food collection box at the school. (I usually make up a bag of donations.) The food they collect goes to the community pantry.

They also take things like dish detergent, shampoo, those little samples of toothpaste and dental floss that your dentist gives you....
