I had listed this unit on Craigs list and someone wanted it but never sent the check for deeding costs so I am listing it here.
The unit is a fixed week 40 at Fantasy Island Resort 2, 1 BR unit. Fees are paid for 2009 and new owner will have use of week at no charge. New owner is responsible for $96.20 in deeding costs and Bluegreen's resort transfer fee of $100. or $125, I'm not sure...Maint. fees are around $450.
I also have another 1 br unit available at Fantasy Island Resort 1(not Bluegreen). It is a fixed week 15 & comes with 3 RCI spacebanked weeks(1 expires 4/09)& RCI membership paid through 10/09. New owner will be responsible for deeding costs of $96.20 and any resort transfer fee...I contacted the resort to find out if they have a transfer fee, but they have not called back yet...
Both units are offered together or the week 40 can be taken alone.
