Free timeshare for the price of the transfer fee. Transfer fee is $400 and maintenance yearly is $499. The week I own is considered red week (#44) at Brigantine Inn, NJ. It is a deeded penthouse studio that sleeps 2 but 1 or 2 more can be added with a roll-in.
Managed by Celebrity resorts and can be seen on their website. They have resorts in Vegas, Orlando, etc that can be exchanged for this NJ resort at a nominal fee as opposed to using or having to be a member of an exchange (ie RCI) for other resorts.
Unemployed and havent used/exchanged my timeshare in over 5 years since I got divorced.
