Title companies charge you for a title search and/or title insurance, which are unnecessary luxuries on a freebie week. All you need is deed preparation, which by itself should not cost any more than the $150 cited.

This is a Fairway House Unit (RCI # 0001). Also exchanges with Interval.
Deeding is done by TS Transfers, a company myself & my wife operate.
