  • Free Timeshare in Florida

Vacation Village in Bonaventure, 2 BR, 2 BA, with lockout, so the usage can be split for trading purposes. Week 14, (first half of April) sleeps 8. Gold Crown resort.

Located in the famous South Florida Bonaventure Spa, Tennis, and Golf Community, the luxurious Vacation Village at Bonaventure features spacious units. Conveniently located within the resort area are restaurants, family entertainment, and shopping. Horseback riding, tennis, golf, swimming, and racquetball are just some of the additional activities available.
I bought this TS back in the late nineties, and my wife and I have never used it. We have banked it with RCI and traded it, but we own a week in Branson, which is more conveniently located for us to visit.

The maintenance fee for 2010 is $739.00, but because of even year usage, MF is payable only every other year, with Real Estate property tax payable in alternating years, last year's was $125.

So, this is a free timeshare, and to sweeten the pot, I will pay the closing costs (about $400), provided that we can get it done before the 2010 MF is due - around January.

We would probably use it more, but our health is not what it used to be, so we don't travel all that much now.

Welcome to TS4Ms....and this is a very generous offer.

Week 14 is many times the week before or after easter/spring break holiday.
Although it is an every other year ownership - locking off will provide you with two 1BR units I believe so u could travel every year by trading half.

Hope one of our members could use it.

Perhaps if the economy picks up in the next six months or so, people will feel a little more like taking advantage of offers like mine.

Think about it, Spring break's coming!

I would really be interested if I could get rid of my timeshares in Osage Beach. Because we have pets, it is hard for us to get aawy for our two weeks, so I don't want to add extra weeks.

This truly is a great deal for some retired couple who like to travel to the sunshine state of Florida.

Notice to all concerned: the timeshare in my original post (in Ft Lauderdale) is no longer available.

              Thanks to all who inquired.
