That was one of the best meals I have ever had. Two turkeys, one smoked (mine-mmmm apple and maple smoked and very juicy) and one grilled. Sweet potato casserole that was topped with brown sugar and nuts that was just wonderful, couple salads, and more. It just kept coming and I kept eating. Finished off with a thin sliver of pumpkin and pecan pie. Marjory Johnson from the twin cities was on Martha’s show and won the best pie contest. Someone in the group had made her pie and brought it. I can see why it won. We had a 1999 La Crema 9 barrel Pinot Noir with it and it was wonderful.

I hope you all were able to spend time with family and friends and that it was enjoyable time for all.
