Thank you everyone for all your suggestions. I have solved my problem for now. If I took the prescription to my local CVS or Rite Aid, I would have paid $108 for 30 day supply. I called Costco and I was able to get it for $85 for 30 day supply, AND thanks to another suggestion, I went to the Novartis site and printed out a $25 coupon that is good for 12 refills. I therefore paid $60. So I am happy for now because this is close to the price I was paying for my Diovan through my insurance plan. Maybe slightly higher, but now I feel like I can relax and go away without this hanging over me for now.

I mail mine in and the doctor as of today is now sending my prescription online, I wonder if I can use the coupon there.
