If you are asking about a 2010 Census form that was lost, damaged, or never received, please contact our Telephone Questionnaire Assistance center 1-866-872-6868 after April 12th at 1-866-872-6868 to request one. You will not need the ID # or Barcode Information after April 12

They found me!

And left a note on my door.
I called and they said that for the 5 east end towns they were going door to door.
I said it would have been helpful if they had notified people - apparently they had it in a local paper but I never saw it.

Anyway, I am counted!
