It was quite cold in the LV on Saturday - I was thinking of you when I was running from store to store at the mall with my DD who needed a few things before heading back to college. Thank you, again, for supporting autism research. Hopefully a cure or prevention will be found soon.

Shortly after I posted that the sun was shining, the clouds started to roll in. The weather kept changing every few minutes. Cold, cloudy and blustery and then the sun would come out for a few mintes and it felt so nice, then back to clouds. I had no idea there were going to be hills. The last one near the end of the walk was a killer. It was steep and long but I made it. On Sunday my hip, back and right ankle were all a hurtin'. Not so bad today. If I hadn't been taking the strength and cardio classes, I'm sure I would be hurting a lot more.

I'm so glad you were able to do it, Pat, and that you're on the mend by today.
