By visiting a church cemetery and placing flags we received
from The American Legion on the graves of our fallen heroes.

I'm entertaining a house full of friends and family this weekend. Lots of laughing, drinking, eating and cleaning.

Went to the lake yesterday, touring a ship at Fleet Week today, and tomorrow the local parade.

Oh well. Just a calm Saturday, then going to Marriott's Ocean Pointe in West Palm for the remainder of the Memorial Day week. Shucks I even have to get up at 5:30 am on Sunday to make my flight. I hate waking up early

What a schlep. Why did you have to remind me. My office closed early today. Can you imagine.

Oh my gosh! Darn it. I have to finish packing. It just never ends.

At the Airport now T5 Jetblue JFK. Had to wake up at 5:00 am. Boy I hate waking up early. Then carried that darn luggage. Went thru security TSA.
Waiting for my flight. Don't you just hate this travel nonsense. Would really rather be at home watching the carpet grow.
What a lousy way to spend Memorial Day Week. Yuck!

Just got back from Lake Tahoe. Now its time to relax. Drove up on Friday, got daughter married off on Saturday, celebrated and drove back this morning. We had two rooms at the WorldMark Lake Tahoe and one at the WorldMark South Shore.

Enjoyed wine tastings south of Tucson yesterday and a lovely family picnic at Sonoita Vineyards.

Today, toured up Sabino Canyon of the Santa Catalinas.

Tomorrow, a big family-get-togather/feed.

San Francisco Carnaval on Sunday of Memorial Weekend.

Spent Sunday morning in San Francisco watching the Carnaval Parade and photographing some of the participants. It was great!
