Hello all - We've managed to save a tidy sum of money and have been going back and forth for quite some time deciding how to use it for vacation purposes. Looked into several different TS (resale of course) versus a vacation home. After a lot of consideration, we decided to go the vacation home route. We put in a bid on a place in the Poconos and our offer was accepted. Now it's a matter of passing the home inspection. Keep your fingers crossed, everyone. We still have our TS for travel, but now we have the option of going to the mountains at the last minute (it's only an hour and a half away).
