  • Can I sell a SW rapid rewards ticket

I purchased a SW rapid reward ticket from someone on craigslist. The reservation went off without a hitch and I paid with paypal. Unfortunately, i couldn't use the ticket. I paid $50 to extend it a year, and now it looks like I still won't be able to use it. I'd like to recoup $250 of the $350 I have laid out and I think someone will be happy to have it, but I don't know if I can do this. What do you think?

As long as Southwest doesn't find out. I placed one on eBay sometime ago and was contacted by SWA that selling was a violation of their rules and regs.

Until when is the ticket good?

      Until July 11th.
Crazy things, mostly health related, kept us from using it.

I am not positive, but I seem to recall that any change in reservation has to be made by the original "owner" of the voucher. Although that was a circumstance a few years ago.
On eBay you would often see the drink vouchers for sale, "which included a free airline ticket..."
