uh-oh any brass polish recommendations?

I have a very large project I decided to work on this weekend and took out my Colonial Brass Polish, grabbed some old Ts for rags and began. It took four hours, a bottle of polish and I'm half way done. Looks terrific! and really not as bad as I imagined as the polish is great.

I run over to Restoration Hardware for another bottle and...they no longer carry that product. No one seems to as the company that marketed it, Virginia Metalcrafters, went out of business in 2005.

This gives people the idea of how long it's been since I undertook this project...

I need some suggestions. I'd like to finish. Please no Noxon, Brasso or Never Dull. They aren't up to this task!

Whoa. You're like an authority on brass polish, Lawren. I would just go to ShopRite and get a bottle of whatever was on the shelf. I had no idea there was so much variation and so many options.

I used to have some silver polish that was labeled, "This product has been determined to cause cancer in the state of California." Apparently it was safe for the rest of us.

A similar warning is on good wine stemware as they contain lead. Sometimes a good warning goes too far.

Found two more. One is pretty good, no amonia smell. Hope's. I'll keep that for lighter use. Not up to the current job but also has a tarnish retardant quality that comes in handy with uncoated brass. To be perfectly fair the product states for heavy tarnish jobs one should use the Copper Polish first but it wasn't in stock.

Wright's (made by Weiman) Excellent tool for this heavy tarnish job. I was concerned as it says "rinse" but a soft dry cloth appears to be all I need.The work goes quickly even if I have to take breaks in between for fumes. Not anywhere as noxious as Noxon though.

Wright's was in your second link Wacky but this was a do it now while I'm in the mood for it; not order it and see if I can get remotivated item.
