Have fun Billy, I just opened the door to get my tree and iron chair off my neighbor's Lexus. I got lucky I think there was no damage. I can not tell for sure but I think the chair missed because the tree hit. I sure hope there was no damage I do not want to hear it,

4 more days will be five years years since "punching the clock".
Up at 4, started a pot, put a couple logs in the insert, now messing on the PC. What a life!

Dan left and I hear DD, getting a cup and go back to get ready. Was thinking of crawling back in bed, but instead I'll get dressed and go outside. DD's car needs cleaned off and heated up. Think I'll turn it around so she'll have a straight shot out of here.

It is nice to have holidays all year long... no snow days, no sick days...

I wish you all could retire and go back to bed at 7 instead of heading off to work.

No snow days down here in Florida but I got up and went to work and then found out that I'm off.

They changed my schedule for the holidays and I hadn't noticed.

Oh well, at least I didn't have to hoof it thru the snow like you guys.

So now I've got a free day and nothing to do.

I'm going to enjoy my SNOW WEEK (NOT).
There;s too much to deal with, the driveway is too big, and this will take us (mainly DS, me a little) all day and then some.

Good thing neither of us has to be anywhere til Thursday, though we do plan to go to NYC tomorrow for a meal and a show. I'm optimisitc that we'll make that.

How I had wished I ordered the part for my snow blower. Even if I had I do not think it would matter since we can not get to it cause we can not get to the back yard because all the doors are snowed closed

I recall being stuck in Las Vegas at a conference once around New Year when we had a similar snow storm in New Jersey. It was the year in the 90's when we had something like 24 snow storms that year.
