Ugh....Huge branches falling on my property, water leaking through window....

I can't wait until spring - I am SO over the snow and ice. We used 50 pounds of salt on our walkway leading to the area where we park our cars. The ice was more than 1 inch thick and all that salt didn't do much at all. We resorted to pouring hot water over the ice and then breaking it up with an ice chipper. It took more than 4 hours to get the ice off our cars and it would have been even longer if the temps hadn't gone above freezing. We need someone to put a giant magnifying glass over the northern US and bring some warm air back to get rid of the snow. Retirement in FL is looking better and better! Everyone stay safe and warm. Hopefully you won't have too much damage from these ongoing storms and we'll soon be complaining about the heat!

It was t-shirt weather here in northern CA yesterday. Looks the same for today. What happened to all the rain we were getting this season?

Headed to SoCal this weekend and expect more sun down there.
