Great Customer Service, delivered in 2 days by local company. Set up and took old mattress away.

You can just buy the mattress if u like. They also have a low profile box spring if u want a not so high bed.

One of the reviewers said that after a month the mattress got a hole from the spring. He tried to call CS to get a replacement and had trouble getting a hold of someone by phones. He did get a neg response by email. He ended up getting a refund from a dispute with Amex.

U sure it is the same as Westin if so how long are these on sale for since IMO Westin beds are the best I have slept in.

These mattress threads kill me. I HATE my mattress...and it's not that old. It has that "bump" in the middle from the his and hers sides. I often love the timeshare mattresses..even the hard Mexico ones. Is this because I am more active and therefore more tired on vacation thus sleeping more soundly? I don't know.

For those of you who sleep with others and have purchased the pillow top...how is the wear-do you have that "bump" in the middle. I long for a great mattress...and this is a great deal.
