I hope these links allow you to view.
As you can see the total roof has pushed off the walls.
The walls are racked.
We'll get an engineer to inspect supporting structures under the house.

So sorry to hear about all the problems you are having with your insurance claim. As others have said, the insurance companies are out to MAKE money - not give it out. With so many people making claims, they are fighting tooth and nail to pay out as little as possible. They have to be especially careful during these times because there are a lot of policy holders who will try to scam their insurance companies for more money, However, it really appears like they are dropping the ball on your account. Make a complaint with the state insurance commissioner. You may even call up the local news station and ask them if they are willing to do a story on how poorly insurers are responding to their customers. Sometimes a little pressure and negative press go a long way in getting your problems resolved. Another thought - have you tried to make any claims through FEMA? You may be eligible for some money if you are in a declared disaster area, Please keep us posted, I wish I was closer so I could offer you some help. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Don't wish to make waves as we want the house rebuilt, not repaired. So far the county inspectors wish that also. We hope conflicts of interest don't make for a court case.
Now that our stuff has been moved into a too small apartment, we are doing OK. Can't find everything in all the boxes, but we are out of the hummidity.
People say, "How are things?" I reply, "I'm smiling... where is the chicken dinner?"
At least we weren't flooded out. We are doing OK.Robert

Lots of time and effort has been destroyed, but at least it was all enjoyable and now we get to do more of it.
Many needed income and we wanted to remodel. Be careful what ya ask for!
TRYING AGAIN NOW THAT I FIND MORE TIME.
At the porch, you can see the roof is pushed off the front wall a few inches. At the far end it is off by a foot.
No determination yet on whether the underpinnings have moved.
We hope this can be done and start over.Robert
