Grandma and I nurtured this one as our own through many loving years.

With the tree crash of Hurricane Irene, Amber found a place of her own, and after their five year courtship, Andre' finally proposed.

They were wed yesterday.



Our new home will seem so empty.

Will they be close to you?

Two and a half to 3 hrs, if no stops to see or do this wondrous farm and forest country with its many quaint crossroad-towns and markets.
For us, it may take a full day or two.

There's plenty of good reason to return occasionally. Daughter, the other grand daughter and great grand daughter, my brother. Also the friends and neighbors (made since 1984).

The photo shoot was just out the Mariners Museum Park gate, next to the James River at Lions Bridge.
