I was just at a used book store last Friday and bought two of her books. I will also miss them.

My favorite, too!! The movie was OK ~ but sure didn't live up to the book.

Indeed she will be greatly missed . Our Prime Minister described her as a " national treasure ".
Not in the same class as some of our more famous writers..Shaw, Beckett, Wilde etc but I guess her books brought more comfort and pleasure to tens of millions since the early 80s
