  • Thanksgiving Craft

Anyone have any ideas of a Thanksgiving craft I can do with the grandkids? Youngest is 6. In past we've made pinecone turkeys and rice krispie treat turkeys (not a great idea). So wondering if anybody has another one we could do.

    Thanks,
    Nancy

Have you made paper plate turkeys? I used to work in Kindergarten and we always made these...

Thanks for the site. I'd been looking, but hadn't found any I really liked. There are some here that are definately an idea.

I used to make something similar to this Turkey desert with my kids when they were young.

Also, you can buy small pumpkins & gourds and let the kids decorate them with paint, glitter, crayons, markers, cut outs, etc, and then use them in the Thanksgiving center piece.

        Have fun!

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Another one that I always thought was cute was the pinecone mouse. I would use those too in the centerpiece.....Here's MS's version. BTW, you can use a magic marker instead of paint.
