    The One Fund Boston, Inc. was established on Tuesday, April 16 by Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Thomas Menino to help the families most affected by the tragic events. www.onefundboston.org

    The New England Patriots and New England Revolution charitable foundations
    The New England Patriots and New England Revolution charitable foundations will collect donations online, with funds earmarked to assist with victim recovery. Donations can be made at Patriots.com/donate (please note “Boston Marathon” in field provided). The Kraft family, the owner of both teams, has announced that they will match the first $100,000 in donations.     The One Fund certainly should receive consideration. Reputable, just one purpose, transparent. Not that the others aren't, and we do give to the Salvation Army throughout the year.

      one who was injured was interviewed, he said he and his group of friends are self employed, do not have insurance (odd in Massachusetts) and will not be able to work wihle recovering as well as having topay the medical bills out of pocket. His friends lost legs, and other damage.

        There are people in Boston who certainly need help. And if anyone has additional spare dollars, even though it wasn't because of a terrorist, that poor little town in Texas has truly been hit--much more impact than the bombs in Boston.
