We're going to the Poconos for Christmas this year! Really looking forward to it. We also like Williamsburg at Christmas--they have pretty lights on the buildings and special activities for the season.Comment

My favorite place is home. We had been gone over Thanksgiving for so many years that it was nice to spend the Christmas holidays at our own home.LuanneComment

We like to alternate, one year home, next year with my family (used to do Thanksgiving the same way with hubby's family when his mom was alive). Last time we got together with my side, we stayed at Christmas Mountain Village in Wisconsin Dells, worked great. Did Christmas dinner in a 3 BR townhome -- opened up the pass through and set up an extra table in the LR area of the 2 BR so we had three tables going sort of all in one big room. All my kids really need for a good vacation is a nice unit and a pool, but there's enough going in the Dells to keep their ansty aunt happy. We had one of the units at the top of the hill, so a great view, but my parents and siblings (who were in villas but not on a golf course) thought it was pretty as well.
We picked CMV mostly because it's almost dead center between our house and my parents'; so long as the resort is well managed, I think Christmas is more about who you're with than where you're staying.Comment

we are staying enjoy the Christmas at home because Christmas is the that day which are you enjoy with the family member if you go out side the home you can not enjoy...Comment

At home with the family. This Christmas there will be 13 of us at our home for at least a week including 5 grandkids. Life doesn't get any better and we would never dream of going anywhere for Christmas.JohnComment

We have moved home, so family will join us here, for a change. There will be 10 holing up at our place various days that week. If 2 grandsons drive in from TN, there will be 7 more.
We finally get to be grandma and grandpa. Life is better this year. God is good.RobertComment
